Maison 39 Regulation
1. THE REGULATION:
The regulation of “Maison 39” of Vigevano (PV) is established to ensure a uniform, order-ly, calm and peaceful use of the facility. It has contractual nature between “Maison 39” and the Guest, therefore the request to stay at the facility and acceptance of said request by “Maison 39” implies full acceptance of this Regulation.
Upon arrival, the guest must submit an identity document in order to notify the com-petent police force of their presence. The accepted documents are: Identity card, Passport or Driver’s Licence.
Otherwise the facility must refuse to accommodate them (art.109 P.S. laws as amended by art.7 point 2 of L.203/95).
Personal data provided by our guests are collected with computer means and pro-cessed, also using electronic equipment, either directly and/or via appointed third parties with the following aims:
- Conclude, manage and perform what is required in the supply contracts of the re-quested services
- Organise, manage and perform the supply of services also by providing the data to our third party suppliers
- Comply with the law or other requirements of the competent Authorities
- Regular performance of tax fulfilments related to its business
- Regular performance of the business or service relationship
- Regular management of consulting procedures entrusted to us
- Gathering statistical information
- Sending correspondence, also by using email.
- Notifying the bodies legally responsible for the proper conduct of the authority ac-quired
Personal data will be processed according to the law, complying with lawfulness and fairness principles to protect Your privacy.
The data will also be entered in the books and logs required by law for the aforemen-tioned purposes, and will be sent to the bodies responsible if required, in order to comply with legislative obligations.
The rooms of Maison 39 are available from 1pm of the day of arrival and must be cleared by 10.30am of the day of departure. The rates are daily, regardless of the time of arrival. The facility strives to ensure the guest is informed on the recreational and cultural activities available in the area on environmental, artistic, archaeological resources and on the possibility to purchase local products.
Upon settling the accommodation rate, the facility shall issue an official receipt or rel-evant invoice established by law.
Any damages caused must be refunded. The customer undertakes to respect the premises and the property contained therein, any damage caused intentionally to the facilities, even if attributable to inexperience or carelessness, shall be charged at the cost of restoration.
Minim age to rent a room: 18 years
All guests must comply with the Internal Regulation of the Facility, shown in the in-formation brochure affixed in the rooms.
The Management, as required by the laws in force in the Italian Republic, has the right to remove without notice anyone who does not comply with the regulation or be-haves in such a way as to cause damage or disturbance.
3. RECEPTION AND CASH DESK
The bill must be requested and paid the day of departure or the day before.
The Reception/Cash desk is open with the following hours: 07.30am/08.00pm. Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Bank Transfers are accepted.
Account holder: Filoverde 39 di Barbé Laura.
Reason: Guest Name and Surname and dates of the stay.
On the day of departure the rooms must be cleared before 10:00 am and the keys must be left inside the room. The Reception shall check with specific personnel the condition of items provided (to prevent misunderstandings we urge you to notify any breakages, etc.).
The bill may be requested and paid even the day before departure. At the guest’s dis-cretion.
5. SERVICES OF MAISON 39
Maison offers a laundry service upon payment of a fee to the reception. For rates and collecting washing bags contact the reception. Bathroom linen is changed every two days and bedroom linen once a week. Any daily change of linen shall be account-ed as extra to be paid as required by Maison 39 service sheet.
Taking linen from the facility is forbidden. In case of missing linen we shall be forced to charge on the bill at a cost of 30 Euro per missing item. The breakfast room is lo-cated on the second floor and it is served from 7:30am to 10:00 am. Please promptly report any food intolerance and allergies to the waiting or reception staff.
Inside their room, guests will find a kettle with tea bags or coffee to be freely used as well as a mini bar. The mini bar prices can be found in the room.
The Maison opens at 07:00 am and closes at 08:00 pm.

Guests who should wish to use the shuttle Service (into the city or from and to the main Airports) may ask at the facility’s reception.
There is wi-fi inside the rooms. It is free and exclusively for the use of the facility’s guests and covers the entire hotel. It is monitored and controlled for the postal police and to access it a password is required, which you must request at reception.

Whoever should cause damage to the building, furniture, equipment etc. shall be considered legally responsible under current regulations. Intentional thefts and dam-ages shall be immediately reported. Upon departure the facility’s personnel checks the rooms and the cost for repairing any damages or loss of keys are charged and paid at check out. The cost for losing the key is 50 Euro.
Please note that it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms. Smoking areas are located outside the rooms. Please take notice that there are smoke sensors in the rooms. If the sensor detects the presence of smoke, a lump-sum penalty of 300 Euro shall be applied.
7. IT IS FORBIDDEN.
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to use cookers, food heaters, irons in the rooms. Hanging laundry out of the windows is forbidden by the regulation.
